Yes, but were they Pro-Vs?

In the world of the weird and wacky, this one may be one of the more odd ones to start the new year. A snake in Australia, hungry for some chicken eggs, accidentally swallowed several golf balls instead.

What, he couldn't tell the dimples on a golf ball apart from the smooth surface of a chicken egg? Really? Was this a "special" snake?

All kidding aside, there was the need for emergency surgery (I need a 60 degree wedge STAT!) to remove the golf balls from the three-foot python. The golf balls had gone as far as they possibly could within the snake and without the surgery, it most certainly would have died.

No word yet on whether the snake has struck an endorsement deal with Nike. Can't you just see it? Snake vs. Tiger? Yeah!!!
