This is a video from a pro in Scottsdale, Arizona, and he makes a good point about how we try to emulate and assume the lag is where the power comes from in terms of the players on the PGA tour and don't take into account the fact that their timing is so much better than ours, that when we try to create lag it actually ends up in shots that aren't all that great.
In terms of showing how to better create this and releasing the club whenever you want to basically, the pro shows how different it is in terms of the overall swing, but the problem I have is that the guy doesn't ever show his shot path and the difference, the video is taken from a straight looking on approach. Where is the follow through of the ball path??
Still, there are some things to think about here and trying to again find a better feel to hitting the ball customized to your own swing rather than the emulation of power that just won't work consistently.
