News: Blind Golfer gets ace

hole-in-one.jpg

The vast majority of golfers almost never even gets close to getting a hole in one. Even less of those people are over 90 years. and even less of those are blind.

Leo Fiyalko is all of them, and yes---he got a hole in one. He got it on a par 3 110-yard fifth hole in Clearwater, Florida. He has been playing golf for almost 60 years and used to have a 7 handicap, but now needs help lining up shots and finding golf balls because he has peripheral vision only in his right eye. He plays in a foursome every Thursday and the group couldn't be happier for him.

The odds of getting a hole in one is 12500 to 1. It would be a mathematician's dream to figure it with blindness and the age factoe!! What a great thing for anyone, and this once again proves that even a blind squirrel can find a...ok, bad analogy :)

SInce the odds are so low, anybody out there know or has had a hole in one?
