Murray to miss Pebble Beach

Awww...after starting out 2-0 on the PGA Tour, Tiger Woods is missing this week's Pebble Beach Pro-Am...but he isn't the only one that people are mourning not being there. Comic mainstay Bill Murray is shooting a movie in Ireland, and because of the schedule, will not be able to attend and play in the event he has perked up for years.

While there will be several celebs and other pro sports athletes that will keep the crowd entertained, it will be no where near the level of fun that Murray always seems to make it--to boot, he's a good golfer and not some hack out there trying to get cheap laughs. Heck, it's the main reason a lot of non-golf fans tune in to watch, just for his antics.

So, no "It's a cinderella story...tears in his eyes...this greenskeeper...coming out of nowhere...about to win the US Open....It's in the hole! IT'S IN THE HOLE!!" (Ok, I am sure I just butchered that whole speech, but you get the point :)
