Easy to hit drivers--Yey!

We all want "easy to hit" drivers--who ever says "Give me that short-shafted-level-faced-1920s-looking-stick" to hit into a 500-yard hole with wind in your face? Well, that's rhetorical. Here are some of the latest and greatest "easy" drivers and some info on them:

Titleist 907 D2-This high-launch, low-spin driver has a tapered face insert — thinnest at the top, thickest at the bottom. $399

Cobra Speed Pro S--The Pro S driver is built from the ground up based on feedback from Cobra's PGA Tour staff. Pro S has a traditional appearance at address and neutral weighting (for max playability), plus a relatively shallow face. $399

Adams Insight BUL--Adams engineers claim its shapely monster, the Insight BUL, controls mis-hits (by moving mass away from its center of gravity) while maintaining strong launch conditions. $299

Nickent 3DX Square--Nickent says this has a flatter launch, slightly less spin and more piercing ball flight that produces more roll after the carry. $199

Well, still too pricey for my game and handicap, but for those of you big hitters out there, keep salivating!
